How are your prices calculated?
Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the current condition of your home, and how often you book. We always provide a transparent quote before booking — no surprises on the day.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all our own equipment and eco-friendly products. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that life happens — just give us a call and we'll do our best to work around you.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients provide us with a key or door code. All our cleaners are police checked and fully trusted. Your home is in safe hands.
